Our retirement after 37 years of full-time ministry has begun. Where it will lead now is in the hands of God. We are excited about the adventure we're on and look forward to what God may have in store for us next. Where this blog will go, I don't know, but I'll share my thoughts, experiences and some quotes and anecdotes along the way that continue to shape my perspective and nourish my life. You are welcome to come along for the ride as we broaden our horizons, lengthen the shoreline of our interests, and as we grow in mind, body and spirit.
Upon retirement, someone gave us a plaque with an Irish proverb that I really like. It simply says,"DANCE AS IF NO ONE WERE WATCHING, SING AS IF NO ONE WERE LISTENING, AND LIVE EVERY DAY AS IF IT WERE YOUR LAST."
